When your research is done
Research is carried out during UK working hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. Orders placed outside those hours are picked up in the next working-day queue. We will tell you where your research has got to, and we will contact you if it needs longer. We do not promise a fixed turnaround.
